- Cinematographer Larry Fong was replaced by Fabian Wagner due to scheduling conflicts, making Wagner the cinematographer for Justice League.
- Following negative reception of Batman v Superman, Geoff Johns and Jon Berg were assigned to produce Justice League and oversee the entire DC Extended Universe in May 2016.
- During reshoots, Henry Cavill's mustache from Mission: Impossible - Fallout created a scheduling conflict, with Mission: Impossible director Christopher McQuarrie initially requesting $3 million to digitally restore Cavill's facial hair for that film.
- Warner Bros. invested approximately $25 million in reshoots, significantly more than the typical $6-10 million in additional filming costs, bringing the total budget to $300 million.
- Cinematographer Fabian Wagner estimates that only 10% of the original footage shot by him and Zack Snyder was used in the final theatrical cut.
- Joss Whedon received screenwriting credit alongside Chris Terrio, while Zack Snyder received sole director's credit, despite Whedon's extensive involvement in post-production.
